Elysia An has been a makeup and PMU artist for over 20 years, working with numerous celebrities from Seoul to Hollywood! After working with A-list clientele from K-POP to K-dramas and K-fashion in South Korea, she moved to Los Angeles with her family. Since then, she has become the lead licensed semi-permanent tattoo (PMU) technician in the area and is the founder of Hera Permanent Makeup. An is a professional and passionate artist who is constantly on the lookout for the best tools, techniques and materials to update her skills and resources, doing the best she can to bring a smile to her clients every day! Her unique background in makeup has given her the ability to provide detailed consultations to achieve the exact color, shape, length, and thickness of her clients’ desires as well as the meticulous hand to create the perfect marks for each unique face shape.
